After strength exercises, which are aimed at gaining energy and its compaction, it is necessary to eat foods that contain easily digestible proteins. This can be stewed beans, lentils, nuts (almonds and hazelnuts), buckwheat with ghee. You can eat 30-60 minutes after class.
If the format of the lesson was relaxing, where you performed soft relaxing postures, pranayama and meditative practices, then it is better to refrain from protein food. Eat some fresh fruit or drink herbal tea with dried fruit an hour after class.
